The Building Entrepreneurship Systems Training (B.E.S.T.) is designed for non-profit leaders, business owners, board members, staff and volunteers to learn how to effectively grow entrepreneurial ecosystems and implement Alternativ's Business Essentials Program in their communities. Participants develop a thorough understanding of the model and impact of empowering individuals through nationally led initiatives and locally operated small businesses. Upon course completion your organization will have the strategies and tools to help communities all over the world break their dependence on foreign aid and take control of their futures.
